A Buy Order for SMH, The Semiconductor HLDR

Hi PCA Fans,

Today when I updated the model Portfolio I got a buy order on the SEMIs..

We started with 300 shares at $30.41 and now that it has fallen a bit we are buying 16 shares at $26.42.

This will have the net effect of lowering the average cost on every share we own.

Here is the advice…
